This session will show the structure of the Leader Development Programme (LDP) and detail the components of it.
We will discuss how a Leader in Training will progress through the LDP and show what this looks like for a Leader in Training on the Learning Platform.
This training will be useful for anyone who would like to learn more about the LDP including Leaders in Training, Mentors, supporting volunteers, County Leader in Training Coordinators and Commissioners.
