
Provoking Thought Training
Each year the Girls Attitudes Survey highlights the mental health issues that girls and young women are tackling on a daily basis. As leaders we want to support you to help these girls so this external workshop will cover some of the following topics;
Provoking Thought mental health awareness workshop can include information on the following:
- Recognising the importance of looking after our mental health and emotional well-being
- Raising awareness of signs and symptoms of mental distress
- Identifying factors that cause stress in young people
- Building resilience for well-being
- Highlighting the value of coping skills
We expect this workshop to be very popular and will organise a further session if the need arises – so please book soon!
Date & time: Thursday 9th October 7.30-9.30pm there will be a session delivered by Action Mental Health called Provoking thought.
Bookings will close at 12pm on 9th October, and the zoom link will follow by 3pm.
