2026 Satisfaction Survey

We want all of our volunteers to feel supported, empowered and inspired so that they can, in turn, support, empower and inspire girls in their local units.

By completing our Satisfaction Survey, you will help us evaluate how satisfied you are, as volunteers and leaders, with the support you receive from Girlguiding Ulster. In turn, this will help us understand what works and does not work so well for you and will help us to prioritise our actions for the upcoming year.

This year, we are running a free prize draw for everyone who completes the satisfaction survey! 1st prize is an amazing £350 for your unit to spend at Lorne Estate Outdoor Adventure Centre!

Complete our survey here!

1. The prize draw is open to all volunteers of The Guide Association of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. Limited to one entry per person.
4. To enter the prize draw you must complete the Girlguiding Ulster Volunteer Satisfaction Survey 2026. The survey closes on 6th February 2026, attempts to complete the survey after this date are not valid for entry into the prize draw.
5. The Guide Association of Northern Ireland accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. The winners will be chosen by random draw by 20th February 2026.
7. The prize draw is for: Three prizes of vouchers for the winners guiding unit to spend at Lorne Estate Outdoor Adventure Centre of £350, £250 and £100 are available.
8. The vouchers must be used before 31st October 2026.
9. Winners will be notified by email by 27th February 2026. If a winner does not respond within 21 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and another winner selected in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The Guide Association of Northern Ireland reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the Rules or the Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Rules or the Terms and Conditions.
